How does the return policy work at Footfolk?
You always have a 14-day return policy at Footfolk.dk, starting from the day you receive the item. The item must be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition as when you received it. Once we have received and approved your return, we will refund the amount to your account within 7 business days.

Who pays for return shipping?
If you wish to return an item, you as the customer are responsible for return shipping. We recommend sending the item with tracking so you can follow the shipment. If the item is defective or faulty, we will of course cover the return shipping costs.
